Step One thought and scripture – Day 4.

Step One in Alcoholics Anonymous

Admitted we were powerless over alcohol—that our lives had become unmanageable.

Step One in Living Free

I now see [admit] that I, of myself, am powerless, unable to control [manage] my life by myself.

Instead of following after your own thoughts, desires, and will, lean on God and His plan and He will lead you to success in your life!

Proverbs 14:12

New Living Translation (NLT)

12 There is a path before each person that seems right, but it ends in death.

Proverbs 3:5-6

New Living Translation (NLT)

5 Trust in the Lord with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding. 6 Seek his will in all you do, and he will show you which path to take.
