Step Three thought and scripture – Day 20.

Step Three

Alcoholics Anonymous

Made a decision to turn our will and our lives over to the care of God as we understood Him.

Step Three

Living Free

I now make a conscious decision to turn my entire will and life over to the care and direction of Jesus Christ as Teacher, Healer, Savior, and Lord.

In order to overcome the evil of addiction we must put our faith and trust in Jesus Christ. This is truly the only way to give our life and will over to the care of God!

1 John 5:4-5

New Living Translation (NLT)

4 For every child of God defeats this evil world, and we achieve this victory through our faith. 5 And who can win this battle against the world? Only those who believe that Jesus is the Son of God.
