Living Free

Having made this decision, I now obey God’s call in Scripture to make a fearless, ethical, moral, and scriptural inventory of my entire life in order to uncover all sins, mistakes, and character defects and to make a written list of every item uncovered.

Making a fearless and moral inventory of our life can bring about a lot of sorrow and regret. When we have Godly sorry, this will lead us away from past mistakes and bring us life.

2 Corinthians 7:10 New Living Translation (NLT)

10 For the kind of sorrow God wants us to experience leads us away from sin and results in salvation. There’s no regret for that kind of sorrow. But worldly sorrow, which lacks repentance, results in spiritual death.
